The redesign of the International Lodge accommodates the housing needs of 54 Eldora employees. The site houses 9 apartment style units, each sleeping six individuals. Each unit has a shared bath, full kitchen, in unit laundry, and an abundance of gear storage. The nine units flank a central core. Bisecting the lines of units are spaces for circulation, interaction, and recreation. A banked slalom course winds around the site, serving as a feature the tenants can use no matter the season. Throughout the central path are removed nodes for more prolonged interaction and use. Each aspect of the central core is designed to facilitate organic and informal                                       gathering and community engagement.
